Your privacy is important to us. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform you of how HyperLive Entertainment Pte Ltd (“HyperLive”, “we” or “us”) collects, uses and discloses your Personal Data (as defined below)

If we change our Privacy Policy, we will notify you including by posting those changes or the amended Privacy Policy on our website and/or platform. Your continued use of our services after any such amendment(s) shall be deemed to constitute your consent to be bound by the amended Privacy Policy

In this Privacy Policy, “Personal Data” means any information about an individual, whether recorded in a material form or not, who can be identified from that data (whether directly or indirectly), or from that data and other data to which we have or are likely to have access. Some examples include:

Biometric data, such as facial and other bodily features and voice of yourself and/or another person featured in your video when you upload videos onto our platform;

Account data, such as bank account details, bank statements, credit card details and payment details (such account data may also be collected directly by our affiliates and/or third-party payment service providers);

Transaction data, such as details about orders and payments, and other details of products and services concerning you;
(g)
Technical data, such as Internet protocol (IP) address, your login data, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, international mobile equipment identity, device identifier, IMEI, MAC address, cookies (where applicable) and other information and technology on the devices you use to access the HyperLive’s services and/or platform;

Marketing and communications data, such as your preferences in receiving marketing from us, your communication preferences and your chat, email or call history on the platform or with third-party service providers;

Usage data, such as information on how you use HyperLive’s services and/or platform or view any content on our platform, including the time spent on the platform, items and data searched for on the platform, access times and dates, as well as websites you were visiting before you came to the platform and other similar statistics; and,
(j)
Any additional information that we may request you to submit for due diligence checks as and when required for identity verification (such as copies of government issued identification, e.g. passport, ID cards, etc.) or if we believe you are violating our Privacy Policy or our Terms of Use.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the Personal Data submitted to us is complete, accurate, true and correct.

If you provide us with any Personal Data relating to a third-party, you represent to us that you have obtained the consent of the third-party to you providing us with their Personal Data for the relevant purposes.

To verify your identity in connection with fraud detection purposes;

To comply with legal and regulatory requirements including any law enforcement requests, in connection with any legal proceedings, or otherwise deemed necessary by us;

To process any complaints, feedback, enforcement action and take-down requests in relation to any content you have uploaded to our platform;
(v)
To protect and enforce our legal rights;
(vi)
For internal and statutory reporting, audit and/or record-keeping requirements; and,

Our professional advisors such as our auditors and lawyers;

Any business partner, investor, assignee or transferee (actual or prospective) to facilitate business asset transactions (which may extend to any merger, acquisition or asset sale);

Relevant government regulators or authority or law enforcement agency to comply with any laws or rules and regulations imposed by any governmental authority; and

The cookies, web beacons and other tracking technologies are used to track information such as the number of users and their frequency of use, online behavioural data, profiles of users and their preferred sites. You may disable cookies on your respective browser or device but please note that if you do so, some parts of our website and/or platform may become inaccessible or cease to function properly.

By using our services, you agree that your Personal Data may be transferred from the country in which you are present to another country. Withdrawal, Access and Correction of Your Personal Data

10.1

You may obtain access to information pertaining to your Personal Data that we have collected or enquire about the ways in which your personal data may have been used, disclosed, stored or processed by us by logging into your personal account that you created on our platform or by contacting our Personal Data Protection Officer at admin@hyperlive.tv.

10.2

You may also request correction of any error or omission in your Personal Data or to lodge any complaints in the same way. In order to facilitate processing of your request, it may be necessary for us to request further information relating to your request. Where permissible under law, we may refuse unreasonable requests for correction.

10.3

You may request deletion of your Personal Data by contacting our Personal Data Protection Officer at delete@hyperlive.tv. HyperLive shall delete all Personal Data of yours within two (2) working days from the receipt of your email. However, please note that if you make such a request for deletion, you may not be able to access and use all our services.
